Damaged Concrete Wall and Pad Repairs

On this one we had a set of steps that went up from street level into a yard and up to the front door. A large corner of the retaining wall had broken off years ago and the landing pad was in pieces. There was no railing to speak of. Either the bank, or mortgage company, or whoever, had put up quick railings at some point. But even those had become weathered, loose, and more of a hazard than anything. Out with the old and in with the new.
