Siding Work

As I mention briefly on our “about us” page, this is one of the main jobs that sent me out on my own. I sub-contracted for years for Sears Home Improvement. I watched them charge tens of thousands of dollars for jobs that materials and me as a sub-contractor cost them maybe 20% of what they were charging these poor people. Getting little old ladies to pay $30k to $40k for a job that should have been $8k to $10k. I just couldn’t do it any longer. The saddest part is I actually enjoy doing siding jobs.

This job in particular, we replaced a few older windows while we were there, made sure the structure was sealed up, as there was some hidden damages that needed repaired, insulated, vapor sealed, and then the siding soffit and fascia. The gutters were added after by another locally owned company that we have the pleasure of partnering with.
