Framing and Major Home Repairs

While I do not do roofs, Some times, there can be damages such as rotted wood, or damages from a fallen tree, or fire, or whatever, that need repaired or replaced, and your roofing contractor isn’t interested or able to go that deep. Or like on this job we not only did the repairs and the remodeling but also added a skylight roof hatch before the roofer came to do his work. We had to build a makeshift hoist mast and use a chain hoist to get the skylight to the roof. That thing was way heavier than it looked. But we got it and it looked great. Love natural light when you can get it.
